Developed for both the domestic and the commercial markets, Louvolite Venetian blind systems are neat and attractive yet sufficiently robust to withstand conditions found in most commercial situations.

In particular the surface finish of the external components and slatting is formulated to resist scratching, cracking, fading and chemical attack.

Two systems are available: System 27 for 16mm (5/8") and 25mm (1") blinds and System 37 for 35mm (1 3/8") and 50mm (2") blinds. The head rail widths are mm (1 1/16") and 37mm (1 7/16") respectively, and both are 19mm (3/4") deep. Four bottom rail widths are produced - one for each width of slatting. Head and bottom rails are cold rolled from high quality mild steel strip.

Internal components are designed for a long and trouble free life. The tilt system and the cord lock are particularly durable and smooth in operation. A range of practical, well thought out brackets permits fixing in a wide variety of situations.
Head and bottom rails have a baked enamel finish in a range of colours which co-ordinate with the aluminium slatting colours. Other visible components, such as cords, braids, end caps, wands and brackets, are made in either matching or co-ordinating colours or are made in transparent materials. Matching wooden valances and bottom rails can be supplied for blinds with wooden slatting. Furthermore the neat design and the fully colour co-ordinated components guarantee a first class appearance.
